A Critical error has occurred and the process must be terminated

After starting a game, the game wouldn't load and give me a notification saying "A Critical error has occurred and the process must be terminated." Does anyone know how to fix this problem? C:\Users\D5E6~1\AppData\Local\Temp\PKMD466.tmp This is what I got from a full process memory dump.

Also getting a similar error, the game will not reconnect after closing out the game window either. The end game screen says you are a leaver despite trying to reconnect, so hopefully this doesn't affect honor level. Has happened to me ever since patch 9.12 was introduced, and never happened previously.

This is what happened to me... after asking riot support, I found out that I had some 3rd party applications turned on like face-check by Overwolf, and cheat engine, after closing both applications, the game worked for me again. This is probably not the case for you but good luck!

Yep, i got demoted thanks to this C:\Users\Matthew\AppData\Local\Temp\PKM455C.tmp so cool that this is what determines my lp. just kicked me out and wouldnt let me in, hextech repair tool didnt work either.

Same Thing happens to me after the Champ select screen, warned my team in advance but I know the inevitable afk reports will come through. Why has this not gotten any Support feedback? I only run League with Spotify and Discord in the background, so dunno if anything this creates any issues.........I'm also dumb and impatient so
