Tricksters glass

So with the new items in black market brawlers, one in particular has caught my eye, tricksters glass. This item, , has 60 AP 400 health, and gives 15 magic pen. Now honestly those stats are not the best however for those of you who haven't seen it or heard of it, this items active gives you the ability to become an exact copy of a friendly character for 30 seconds even when taking dmg the dmg is reflected as if u are the other character (you still take the dmg normally). Now that is a pretty unique and awesome freaking ability if u ask me. Imagine you seeing a soraka or something, and BAM!, a katarina comes out of no where. Now this may give u the element of surprise, but, the stats have to replace something. I'm wondering what you guys think about this item in actual gameplay, not just black market brawlers, casue personally i want this to become a permanent item just due to how much fun it seems to add as well as isnt too broken due to the lower stats. sorry if this post is bad but this is my first actualpost in league forums.
