edit 2018-02-09: i manage to only get 96 cs on 27 minutes. i have no clue what happned i couldnt cs i have no idea. yes u heard right 97 CS only killed 97 minions on 27 minutes.

It was fun but on a serious note i think all you need is a better champ pool, practice tool last hitting and PLAY ANNIE to hit silver 5 your win-rate isn't that bad you could make it out just need some patients
