Nobody noticed?

I'm pretty sure I saw on the one a change to leonas q being lowered to 5 second cd at all ranks rather than starting at 9 and moving down from there. I love Leona but she may become a monster with having that much cc up all the time early and also being able to put out more damage in early trades with it.
