Azir slow reaction time

There are times when azirs E doesnt cast immediately after pressed or sometimes for a few seconds after pressed which really worsens his chances for amazing gameplay his dash should be able to be used IMMEDIATELY . Thanks

Played a game as Azir top. I barely out damaged their support when our draven was 24 and 6.

I have noticed this a lot as well. Is definitely a problem when you are trying to respond to a fast team fight or trying to get the edge on 1v1.
