Recall Problem

In the last game i played i was recalling while sitting in mid lane so i could get back to base before kat comes out the jung and kills me so i start to recall and as the recall bar hits the end and azir (me) jumps in the air to recall he jumps up leaves the screen then immediately came back down which caused me to die from the kat coming from the jungle this also happened with the khazix in the game i didnt see it happen with the kha but he said it happened to him too.
