Kayle Smite Top too OP?

With the new Bloodrazor out, Kayle top is looking pretty beastly right now. The power spikes are a little further apart, but when they hit, it freakin hurts. Let me break it down by a basic build that can work in almost any game.

Boots - Take your pick really. With the right runes and masteries you can easily get 40% CDR so Lucidity isn't all that needed. Swifties are still ok after the nerf, but mainly for helping you stick to fleeing targets. Mobi boots are only good for roaming, not much after that. Merc Treads and Ninja Tabi if you need that extra defense to duel or fight with the team. Beserk Greaves is what I usually get if I'm ahead or if I want that easy AS early game.

Bloodrazor/Skirmisher's Smite - 4% of enemy Max health as bonus physical damage per hit. Already enough damage to deal with any mid-late game tanks. Even early game tanks get shredded by Kayle with this item alone. Challenging Smite just adds more dueling potential to Kayle as well as true damage during the fight. Already you can probably out duel anyone with this item.

Nashor's Tooth - Nothing really needs to be said. A core item to any Kayle build.

Guinsoo's Rageblade - Again, core item.

Once you have your core items the last two are really up to you. I generally go GA right after Guinsoo's, which will make you a bit tankier and add to the annoyance of you having your ult while also allowing you to go ham in team fights while saving your ult for someone else. People usually recommend Rylai's to add a slow to your AA and some additional HP and AP. So all in all a basic build will look like this: Beserker's Greaves, Skirmisher's Saber (Bloodrazor), Nashor's Tooth, Guinsoo's Rageblade, Rylai's Crystal Scepter, and Guardian Angel.

As for laning, its great. Just play a bit passive early and focus no farming. Start with either Wolves, Razorbeaks, or Krugs, whichever is more convenient. Go straight to lane already a level ahead then just farm up. If the enemy is pushed, freezing, or you just don't feel safe in lane, pull back and farm the nearest jungle camp on your side (Krugs or Gromp). Usually junglers don't hit up this camp all that much anyway so yours for the taking. If you are able, grab Scuttle as well. This will keep you even if you are behind or snowball you ahead if you already have a lead. If you happen to be in a huge lead, go ahead and counter jungle. Also the double smite you bring to the team allows for easy dragon control.

Unfortunately, you won't have TP to assist bot lane or mid, but the power it brings in the mid-game surely makes up for it. You become a split pushing monster by the mid game as well.

TL;DR: Challenging Smite Kayle build: Beserker's Greaves, Bloodrazor, Nashor's Tooth, Guinsoo's Rageblade, Guardian Angel, Rylai's Crystal Scepter. You have small power spikes before one massive spike. Once you have the three core items you can dominate easily. Easy Dragon/Baron control with double smite team. Split pushing fiend that can duel anyone.

Tell me what you guys think. Forgot to mention. Crystal Scepter can also be substituted for Hurricane if you wanna just completely carry.

sounds like a delay of your core which makes it pretty garbage but hey anything can work in low elo
