Kog'Maw's Outdated Kit (Riot Plz)

Kog'Maw has the same kit he had since his release in 06/24/2010, the only differences are:

Q: passively gives 5% more atk spd. W: gives 1% more max health damge. E: deals 20 base and 20% AP less damage. R: deals up to 360(+ 130% bonus AD)(+ 50% AP) instead of flat 320(+ 50% bonus AD)(+ 30% AP).

Why don't you give him some love? For me his rework was a great ideia, just needed some more balance changes, but you just gived up and reverted him to his initial state, why did you do that?
