Silver is hell this year... right?

who else is in silver currently? ive been getting paired with the most braindead idiots the past weeks.. i started the season S5 then jumped to S3 and then it happened... just utter hell, stupid team mates that throw games and feed. I recently had a game where we got THREE barons and still lost.. ive been from silver 3 back to 4 back to 3 and now back in 4. RIOT PLS GIVE ME A BREAK, im sick of AFK's, DC's, everything im fed the hell up.

this matching system tho. riot was like "fuck this guy in particular, lets pair him with fucking idiots."

The hardest parts in Silver are 5 and 1. The rest are ez mode. You just have to know how to abuse certain situations.

Elo hell, if it exists, is anywhere where people can get extremely lucky with riots "adjusted" placement system. Meaning that if some lucky lottery winner got carried so heavily by pros, to the point where his elo was heavily boosted due to riot "trying to find" his "correct" placement faster (so for example, he wouldn't have to face as many noobs). This range of winning every game (or losing) to the point where riot no longer adjusted elo, is the "elo hell" range. This is because it would be more likely to be matched with someone of vastly different skills in this range. (it is scaled more postively for winning than losing, if I am correct), Either way, you don't want to "fall" down into this range.

Would need a red to clarify this for me though. I believe actual mmr is boosted as well, but not entirely sure. This is the same reason "fresh" level 30 accounts with no elo record sell for alot more money than they should.
