it isnt normal at lvl 14 with 4 items she cant clear a minion wave with 3 spells

Uh, what are you ranking / building? I've never had any problems clearing waves with Liss Q/E
Normally mid game I have the lane cleared before my enemy laner has time to react
xD I mean Lissandra has some issues but waveclear is definitely a strength. Q E Q -> wave cleared.
