Verdict in on Soraka
Even more cancer than before. Unless you have a blink/dash/gapcloser of some kind you can't interact with her at all thanks to how easy it is to land Q slow. Reduce radius or increase travel time pls.

Maximum Morde1 votesHer heals are still strong enough to be obnoxious, so no, she's still fine to have on your team. There is a reason she's cancer in ARAM even with the huge healing debuff in there.
Magnum Mack1 votesI am actually glad at least SOMEONE mentioning the soraka changes seems to be okay with her heals still like I am.
I have to build a lot more of a designated rune page for her before I can say for sure how I feel about the changes but so far they all seem fine.
