Time for a change to LP

Why is it that it takes more games to win LP than it does to lose it? I can lose the same amount of LP in 3 games that it took me 4 to win. Why is it done that way in the lower ELO's? I don't think its fair. I have been stuck in bronze 2 for weeks trying to get out but every time I get off a winning streak I will lose any any progress made if I get a few bad teams. I had one the other day where I was in 2, 4 vs. 5 games and I won the first and lost the second. I only won 16 LP for the first game and I lost 22 in the second. Thats not fair at all. I was in a game where 3 of my team mates quit and I lost 21 LP. How is that fair? Why is that happening? I think you should at the very least win and lose the same amount of LP until say platinum where it gets more competitive and its easier to judge talent. Before that it is just too drastic of a change game to game to judge and so penalizing so harshly is stupid. I think they need to change it.

Your LP Gain/Loss is dependent on your MMR. If you have an MMR that is below average for your division, you will lose more LP per loss and gain less LP per win. Conversely, if your MMR is higher than the average for your division, you will lose less LP per loss and gain more LP per win.

With that said, there are ways to use this system to your benefit. Dodge games where your team will be unlikely to win due to poor team-comp or trash-talking in champ-select. Dodging will not affect your MMR so you will be able to prevent some losses this way.

But too many dodges gets you banned so its not useful. I dont even know where to see my MMR or how they come up with it.
