How do you deal with chos bs hp?

I dont think its fair at all that cho can get up to 7 k hp so easily, this is just not fair because then you legit need to do a 1v5 just to kill him after killing all the other enemies after a fight when your most likely low and he can then either 1 eat you and you are dead or two q u auto and you die keep in mind he also has 7k hp. this in my opion is just not fair and the fact turrets are so weak he can just tank every turret and have his team destroy all the turrets as he tanks them and not go under 3-4k hp, riot really needs to come up with a fix for chos hp fast because its insane how much he gets especially with this tank meta ATM.

Damage Items: Blade of the Ruined King, Lord Dominic's Regards, Liandry's Torment.

Kiting Items: Frozen Mallet, Rylai's Crystal Scepter.

Champions: Vayne, Kog'Maw, Poppy, Fiora, Kayle, Warwick... etc.

Dont let him free-farm, get hp shred items, and kite him. Same way you deal with any statball.

even then he is still very tanky and at lvl 8-11 he will have 1-2 items with 4k hp from passive+ r

That's such a big lie. I can play a DPS champion and build Liandry's and cho takes no damage while still oneshotting me.
