Hard to target enemy champions when everyone is on top of eachother

Everything is going off so fast, the movements and ab ilities, colors run together. some how would be good to out line champions in a bold way or have their portraits over their head to click on with heavy outlines

I had an experience recently where I went in to kill the enemy bot lane while they were taking elder drag. I couldn't target the twitch because he could sit beneath the dragon. Plz fix that.
