If every summoner actually follows the tutorial, where is says to stay with your minions, I agree that this is the greatest advice. Every team should focus on killing enemy minions and pushing your minions forward. This will make your team stronger with gold and experience than the enemy team. Don't allow enemy minions approach your side of the map. When you do, go and kill 1-2 waves of minions because the enemy team will be after you very quick. Always stay in a horizontal line across lanes with your team. For example if your team is mid at their first turret, don't be bot lane at their second turret. At bot lane you should just kill minions as far as your first turret, then join your team mid. Pushing enemy waves like this will create urgent reactions from the enemy team. It will in a lot of games cause the enemy team to make bad decisions such as diving 1v2 or more or cause them to waste ults and summoner spells. At the same time, you and everyone on your team should focus getting turret damage and trying to destroy the next turret, but be careful. You may not want to walk up to a turret with your minions against a Morgana, Lux, Pyke, Nasus, Darius, Swain, Blitzcrank and many other champions. You can guess why not, but only do so with numbers of 2 or more. Don't spend time in the jungle taking more than 2-3 camps during a game, because that means you are not creating urgency for the enemy team, but allowing them time to get together and push down one lane or split push against you, therefore creating an urgency for you to protect your next turret. I have been even roaming lanes and taking farm from my team just to keep lanes pushed and get turret damage. Your team will get upset, but just ignore them. Just destroy your first turret asp then go to the next lane and push another lane for that laner.
