KaiSa.... a plagiarized old Eve?

Lets face it.. the rework on Eve was a mess.. now the KaiSa is a shadow of the old (and IMHO better Eve)..
KaiSa Q---- Icathian Rain random missles that you can't direct (which sucks) just like old Eve ... but a least old Eve you can spam and run.. KaiSa... you can't and its awful KaiSa W-- plasma void.. gets blocked constantly by minions with such a narrow beam. Wish is was more like a Lux beam. KaiSa E-- Supercharger--omg this again reminds me of an old Eve but ... it has a horrible delay unlike old Eves speed boost and its super short attack boost is crap.

KaiSa R-- Can be fun but it needs to have a few seconds of no CC... as soon as you burst in, everyone uses CC and your DONE. Your Q you can't rely on, your skill W is slow and doesn't help with you bailing out... and your delayed E gets you about a foot or two before the MV speed fades. your a kill on the other team and that can be in 1v1 or group attack.

Needless to say I'm a fan of the old Eve.. she just needed a tweak in the jung. Loved her speed and constant attack forward.. like a vampire should (not a Q that launches you away.. vampires are forward attackers).

KaiSa feels like old Eve but has no power.. no bang until your in the upper teens. by then you are behind in levels and struggling not to feed while your team is messaging how bad you are for going 5/8/0... at level 16. Sure now your at the OP border wanting to fight.. but the game is either done or getting FF'd. KaiSa needs real improvements either in Lower or Mid game to be an honest champ. Its funny.. I usually avoid new champs.. they come out of the box OP as hell... here I bought this one and its underwhelming.. to say the least. It reminds me of wanting my old Eve back..........
