Eve's leveling while jung is WAY too slow. If I jungle and get to level 6.. everyone is at 8.. by 10 they are 14. There is something WAY wrong with Eve and her level exp accumulation. Fix it so I can use her more.. otherwise she can't be effective.
Have you tried getting to level 30 and having full runes and masteries?
I heard that helps her clear immensely.
She's fine.
She's also in the middle of a rework to be released later this year, so there won't be any changes made to her otherwise.
Play her mid and farm with Q when you aren't roaming.
This isn't an issue more as it is a tradeoff. If she leveled normally, her snowballing would be way too strong. The fact that you lose large amounts of potential exp when failing a gank is a fair tradeoff.
