Just had 3 games in a row where all my team is bronze/silver, and all enemy team is diamond/plat with about a 1000 mmr team difference. I'm wondering if this is the new expected algorithm, and if so are you trying to encourage players to quit?
Lets say all bronze-gold quits. K so plat/diamond players now get bumped down to bronze-gold. Now they quit because they can't climb.
Eventually nobody is left playing LoL. Congradulations?

yeah i agree i had 5-5 placements and im bronze 2. my mmr is 1300 according to lolnexus. but yeah if u drop below 1200, u will be playing with bronze- silvers. if u are 1300+ u will play with gold plats and diamonds who are still in placements.
still none of this matters. what matters is mmr when u will do the real placements season 7. so u can be bronze with 2k mmr or some shit and will be placed higher when you do the real placements. thats what i understood at least.
I had a silver feeding the enemy team for entire 20 mins and trying to blame us. I will not play rank until season 7 starts because this is b.s.
