Is the matchmaking/system rigged?

I noticed whenever Im about to surpass the number of loses I have I always end up losing the match that's going to make me have the same amount of wins and the same number of loses that I have in ranked games (Idk if it also happens in normals). Whenever I'm on a win-streak and I'm almost going to have the same number of wins as my loses I always get matched with int. feeders, bad teammates, and ragers. This happens quite often to the point it led me to the conclusion of the system being rigged.
