The ADCs are the class that is apparently suffering right now from countless dives and one shots from different types of champions and due to the armor penetration changes the class is now having trouble taking down tanks, I understand that tanks are also having difficulties to scale into their late game. So it led me to the question why focus on the tanks and why not the ADC class? Sincerely from a salty ADC.
ADCs don't have trouble killing tanks when they build right and kite properly.

I'm a salty ADC as well. It's insane how the tanks can walk past everyone and burst us down in the backline so damn easily. Riot has always hated bot lane it seems. Although the tank meta wasn't to attack the marksmen specifically, they should know that these changes they pushed would screw us incredably hard and we got no compensation. I'm forced to switch from my main champions (Caitlyn, Jinx, Tristana, etc) to play these meta ADC's or else I'm at a huge disadvantage. And it's complete bs.
Reworking Tanks will help ADCs the most...[zombie-brand-facepalm] since you need DoT to kill tanks.
You do realize that with stronger tanks your support tanks can protect you better right?
Do you even know what meta is... They are not the ones making the meat... It's the players...
