Extend Mastery System

I like the mastery system so far because you can see how experienced a player is without champion and its very reliable so you can see what your team is like. I think they should extend it by adding more mastery levels with more tier banners. This will add to their experience and what you can expect. Also maybe add something that disables the banner after a long period of time or something like that for people who buy accounts or just havent played in ages.
