Bug Fix Needed for Garen

This is pretty straight forward, I play Garen, I have faced Garen, and in both instances I/they have gotten free kills off of the E continuing even after sustaining a hard CC ability. Please, either update the hypertext in game to state the ability is functioning as intended or have the ability cancel and go on CD after sustaining a Stun, Knock-up, Snare/Root, and Taunt.

It's always worked this way.

It's not a channeled effect, and doesn't indicate that it should stop functioning after sustaining effects that would break a channel.

All that happens is that silences (and, presumably, everything else that does everything a silence does) prevent you from ending it early.
