Jax, Pantheon, Olaf, or Wukong for top lane?
I want to know who is more viable for ranked so i can try to master one of them when i hit level 30. Any ideas? pros and cons of each one? Ill take a suggestion of other top lane champions too.

out of all of them if you can get really good at jax then hes the best choice with the wukong nerfs, olaf well i can't say much about him but apparently his nerfs were so bad it render him very weak compared to others, and pantheon, no. just, no. their are some other choices to, i suggest you try gnar or irelia, their pretty strong. proably the most strongest and most mobile of the top laners is riven though.
Irelia, Gnar, Wukong are good picks though Wukong can be either feast or famine top lane since his laning phase either dominates certain match ups or is really bad vs them.
Lissandra is who you should get good with though.
