LFG Need a team to get me out of bronze.

I'm in bronze 3 and I really want to be a part of a team that has Skype or CV where we play to learn and get better and build some chemistry together so we can climb the ladder together. I'm very flexible with roles except I can't play supp. If I had to choose a role it would be Jg or mid lane. Please help a brother out get out of bronze. Also im in Pacific time.
