PLEASE Add a vote to kick feature in game lobby for RANKED

I am tired of dealing with assholes on a losing spree who just feel like trolling. If a team member locks in Jungle Garen, we should get to kick him off the team. Yes, I know this could be abused, but you forcing me to dodge queue and lose LP, lose a series, lose in general to avoid playing with an ass hole picking something, not just off meta, but something that just straight up doesn't work is bullshit. The worse part about league is the community and the just the pure saturation of ass hole in it. And I get it, you would have to create an army of people who did nothing but review reports all day and give out punishments to fix it on your end. That is why the players need more power to police their own games. Reports don't do anything right now and most of the time the enemy team will just have a "sucks for you" attitude. If 4 people on your team report you (and they aren't a pre-made attacking the odd man out) that should create some type of instant punishment. Banned for X amount of time with the option to appeal.

I hate hating this game. A video game should not be able to piss you off as much as League can piss people off. Give players more power. Reporting might as well be me just yelling at the wall. Or typing this post for that matter. Fuck.
