Any Malphite mains around? (Willing to give me tips?)

I'm a malphite main and I've managed to get to Gold V now, I was wondering if theres any advice higher elo malphs can give me in terms of build paths and advice on how to beat ranged matchups like graves (the good graves are realllllllly irritating)

I usually use as one of my core items but I don't know if is better. Also if I want to do damage but still be tanky what would I build? I found building 1st item can get ugly vs AP or maybe I'm just bad idk.

I play Malphite jungle and the problem that I see with malphite sometimes is that he is not capable of providing a lot of damage output. Don't get me wrong, he is a very tanky champion but sometimes you need more than just a tank. Aside from my jungle item, my core item tends to be both item 3001 and item 3068 which are both great items on Malphite. Both items with provide you both Armor and MR, and more damage overall (from sunfire and AP + MR Pen). The best thing about these two item? They are probably both of the cheapest and most gold efficient item (especially early game). Additionally, they work very well together, so I would recommend integrating those two items into your build. It really depends on your playstyle to be honest. I am more of a** snowball-early-so-i-can-be-in-your-face-and-you-cant-do-anything-about-it** type of Malphite
