I started out on starcraft and am now here after all these years and am so impressed with so much of the content in this game

I demand giving players under level 30 3 more rune pages and the ability to last hit under turret and last hit/jungle as often and fluidly as a level 30 with standard reds/quints maybe a replica map with lower health npcs that scales with summoner level bye

Not doing this will result with this game continuing on its path of an leveling off of player numbers
