New skin for Kassadin?

It's been almost 4 years now since the last skin for Kassadin was released (Cosmic Reaver) and in my opinion Kassadin should get a new one. Is there some particular reason why he hasn't gotten a new skin in such a long time?

For example Ezreal has gotten 4 skins in the time Kassadin has gotten one skin in these past 4 years and there is new one right now in PBE.

I don't know if this message has any impact at all in the matter but I'm just going to throw it out there. Make a skin called "Toy Kassadin" (or whatever) and make it similar to Emperor Zurg!!

kassadin is a neglected champion, 0 new voice lines when kai'sa came out, its like riot doesn't even know he exists.

Maybe after another 5 ezreal skins we will get one, /pray
