new khazix player

so i was playing khazix jungle lately and every game i was behind whit my cs, so do you guys maybe have any tip to get more cs? should i gank less, more countre jungle? also i was thinking could i play kha top? ive seen vids about it and should i build it like crit chance and full ad? if you have any idea pleas tell me :) thanks for youre respond, and happy new year ;)
