gifting skin permanents?

so i got this skin for 1850rp when i rerolled my skin shards its zombie brand, i dont play brand so i was wondering if i can gift it to my friend, if this is possible please tell me how, thank you for youre answer :) also is it possible to gift skin shards? if its possible and you want it il trade it for another skin just ansewr and give me youre username so il add you:)

No, there is no way to gift content that you own, including Hextech Loot. The only gifting options can be found in the Gifting Center in the Store.
