So basically it's a high winrate with a small dedicated playerbase.

Probably not banned because people don't see it much, have higher priority bans, or is pretty feast or famine.

Janna haveing ~54% winrate and >20% pickrate(which are basically her stats since release with very few downs), and yet she only has a ~2% banrate, despite beeing statistically the best support since years...

Back in ma day the best bans were supports. Mmm yeah Alistar, Blitzcrank, uh ... Alistar! Though seriously I remember a time where supports were top worthy bans because of their play making. Now the best kind of set up is just killing the opponents.
