I have been playing Teemo since Season 3
My highest achieved rank as Teemo is Diamond 4.
I have played over 2,000 games of Teemo across 5 accounts
Here are my thoughts on all Teemo Setups
Teemo shrooms poison over 4 seconds They apply spell effects as an Area Damage Type Every tick of the shroom re applies those 2 seconds The 4th and final tick bleeds DFT for 2 seconds, totaling 5 seconds https://s16.postimg.org/5nlzs0iol/Shrroms.jpg
As for DFT dmg in chart level 1 I am accounting for my standard runes and masteries Thunderlords doesnt deal 13 base, it deals 10 base, when you factor in AP / AD from runes and masteries its 13 Same for DFT, yes the base is 8, but factor in AP / AD from runes and masteries
Vs pantheon what works for me is all early game stats, i love scaling HP too But i dont want any weakness early game vs pantheon, So far I have won the last 8 lanes against pantheons so it seems to be working great for me
After the stacking Dorans nerf, I havent run into any Nasus maxing E anymore, yes that was a harder matchup, but so was any tank with 3 dorans rings wave clearing for free

Huge CDR difference between the two choices for vs tanks/vs fighters builds. How much does that impact his gameplay? I'm specifically thinking of his shrooms here.
The on hit build has no CDR, because your damage is mostly on-hit from auto attacks. CDR doesnt affect teemo much at all, since he can "save stacks" of mushrooms, nobody ever asked "hey teemo do you have your ult?"
Nashors is only built in builds that have AP, because you need AP to make the on hit scale, so nashors and liandries go hand in hand. The AP buffs the on hit, and the cdr from nashors allows more shrooms from CDR.
