Swains Q is applying 17 instances of DFT instead of 8, probably because of how often Beatrice attacks This brings DFT dmg from Q to 53% imstead of 25% This then further gets amplified by E's 20% dmg mod

^Tested it as well, it really procs 17 DFT damage ticks instead of regular 8.
This is actually how it's supposed to work, even if Riot didn't think of it ahead of time. ANYTHING that procs something in 0.25 second intervals will do this.

Q DoT but I never tested those. If they do damage in 1/4 second intervals, they will, though.
The idea is ANY spell that procs 4 times a second is going to double the damage of DFT because DFT procs every half second, but the damage is applied WITH the spell damage. So instead of doing X damage twice a second, youre doing the same damage four times a second.
