How do these Queue's work?

I used to be on avg a Gold ranked player, I did a few placements with some friends of mine and got put into bronze 1 this current season and i'm finding it impossible to get out now. I turned into a toxic player because of the autism and incompetence of my teammates. Is there a way out of this fuckin shithole division? can riot put some sort of pretrial tests for people before they click the fuckin rank Q button to make sure their IQ is atleast 50?

+Also, im finding it bullshit playing ranked by myself and getting grouped with assholes who are in pairs of 2 or 3.
+Why dont we have an option to shut off chat completely? Communication is irrelevant in this game, and unless youre in a 5man premade its pointless. It's back and forth bickering and bitching

While I think it's a trashy thing to do, if you really wanted to get a better rank, you could flagrantly boost it this season. If Riot doesn't want to fix the problem, and literally facilitates the boosting, I find it difficult to care enough to condemn it.

My actual advice, sarcastic comment aside, is to not bother with ranked this season. Too many outside factors dramatically impact its outcome before the game even starts. FAR more than any other season in the history of the game.

What the other guy said. Until Riot does some ACTUAL changes, Ranked is undesirable at the moment.

I really hope they make some changes quick. After 7 years i'm finally ready to uninstall.
