But Shyvana's gonna go fucking nuts after sated devourer comes out it's not even funny Literally all of her abilities give her an on hit effect. I seriously HATE how every patch with major changes, there's always something totally broken that decides the game at champ select. Release Ekko, mini-reworked Ahri, reworked Ryze are just a few examples of what shouldn't have happened. Isn't this what PBE is for? Literally, the only changes made to Ryze while he was on PBE was a minor damage buff on his Q and a revert on his base health. HOW? Someone made a thread about nerfing Vladimir before AP item changes go through because he'll be ridiculous with those changes, but a Rioter told him/her that they don't like preemptively just plain nerfing something before it's been on live, well doesn't that kinda prove that PBE is useless in terms of testing balance? I would seriously much rather wait a while than have something broken come out every other patch.
