Enough of the April Fools Prank Riot, time to get rid of these tank assassins

Alright, sunfire cape and iceborn gauntlet on assassins is killing me. Literally, they do as much damage as if they were being DPS, but also being unkillable at the same time. I don't think that's what these items were intended for. I can see that sunfire would help tanks do a little bit of damage and CS better, but on assassins, it's insane. Iceborn got nerfed on marksmen, but on melee assassins, the armor and damage it does is quite strong. Ekko, Fizz, previously Akali, and Diana and insane, as they should build mainly offensive and some defensive if necessary to keep up their damage. Not just build full tank and do just as much. I think either the tank items should be nerfed or the assassins benefiting from this junk get their base damages nerfed, which would be bad.
