If her Q is to now have an execute added to it..... why does it need to proc Harrier?
If I execute you, are you not dead? This extra way to proc is not that well thought out, unless you lead with it so it is CD and you can use it again... but you are probably dead by then since you don't have a blind anymore.
If you are going to remove blind (potentially from the game as a whole) then all 'Untargetable' skills should be removed as well. How come I can't hit them but they can hit me?
