I am commenting about it because I was 1 shot from "full health" by someone that was only "1 lvl" above me! My entire team at the time tried to even get in close and were mostly 1 shot.
Let alone the power of his turrets can take 1/5 when Im near.

Pupel1 votesYou must be new to the game because only people new to the game complain about Hiemer. Yes he is annoying in lane but he really stuggles outside of lane because he is the epitome of immobile. You just have to imagin you are turret diving him and play accodingly
Maximum Zilean1 votesSee his turrets? Don't run head first into all of them and expect to live. AoE them down, then kill heimer while he tries to rebuild. And if your a melee champion. Well you were just counter picked, this stuff happens.
His damage / usefulness is pathetic without the turrets.
