I have tried to play Annie for alot of games and I lose every one. Summoning Tibbers he summons really close so now I have to be on top of the opponent to summon him or do it when its useless to summon. Tibbers refuses to take orders like he is broken most of the time. I cant get in any hits and my range is crap. I read that they had nerfed Annie, but now she is broken and useless.

Malignant Vemira3 votesYou have less than 2 CS per minute, on average, and let me tell you, Annie is the EASIEST mage to cs with, you should have no less than 7 CS per minute with you being camped 24/7. You need to work on your CS badly, that's Bronze 5 0 LP levels of bad. CS > Kills.
Edit: After you telling me youre supporting as annie, umm, 
, you should be building those items before straight damage.
Cmba21 votesI have a hard time getting CS because I am usually stuck bottom lane support and unless I solo I dont get in CS ever. I get so many people that adc and bitch when I kill a few. Im sure with proper teamwork on their part I could do better. I have played a few games where the teamwork was there but Im still not getting it right with Annie.

As support your job isn't to get cs. That's what building is for. Or if for some reason you're a very passive Annie, 
instead. With either of those and building into any of their upgrades, ( 
) you have no need to be getting more than 20+ cs in a standard game.
You also need to start buying sightstone if you're playing her support.

VoidStaresBack1 votesTibbers is very much controllable, I play Annie for fun in the mid lane sometimes (I'm not a great mage player, but she's fun to use so I do it on occasion) and he always responds to my commands as long as I'm not hitting the wrong button. Even on a shitty player like me she dishes out significant damage and can stun people.
Out of curiosity, what characters do you usually play? I get the feeling this could be a character style disconnect.

Cmba21 votesI feel like Heimer is my favorite to play but I have only started after not playing for years. Of course Heimer is easy to counter if someone knows what theyre doing. I got Annie when I used to play and she was one of the best for me, now I dont know.
