Mastery 6 and 7

Please read through the whole post and comment suggestions or upvote so rito sees.

Personally I don't like the fact that you need champ shards/essence to get mastery lvl 6/7 but I do like that you need the s ranks so I would suggest this. Why not just keep it simple and just require a ton of s ranks to get mastery 6 and 7. I would be fine with requiring 15, 20 OR MORE s ranks for mastery 6 alone. That way it would be extremely hard to do but extremely rewarding to get, without the rng of hextech.
