I tried to make a post like this earlier but the question was too unclear and peoples dicks stuck to their keyboards, making teemo a good duelist.
Anyway, I want you guys opinions on who would be the best in the game vs other champions with no other factors than their own kits and mechanics. Lane minions, snowballs and the like don't matter. Just who wins most if they try to kill an enemy without a lead from full health.
I'd honestly put Nocturne pretty high up on the list.
Elise is another strong option, especially if your Spiderlings block a skillshot.
Volibear and Olaf are monsters if they are able to stick onto a champion. If someone tried to fight them outright, they will probably kill them.
Trundle. His Q and E are insane dueling tools, especially so early.
Xin's early damage is pretty insane

In my opinion, all of these champs have more than decent base damages that you don't need many items to already be a threat in lane. And hitting level 3 usually means you can duel most enemies or at least bully them out of lane easily if they get careless.
Why is no one saying Quinn?
been op since forever and no sign she'll get nerfed, so enjoy.
you also won't have to worry about mana (as she doesn't use it) or mobility (as she basically has infinite dashes), has a shield and deals insane damage even without items.
and as she doesn't use mana, you can get 3 skills at level 3 and spam them like there's no tomorrow.
she is very easy to use and build (as you only have to worry about AD and CDR)
and if we're including mages 
Some others are up there, too, but they can generally be defeated by one of the above.

However, if you're stacked @30 with T3 Runes and Full masteries while your enemy isnt...he doesn't stand a chance.
