Legacy Runes Buyback

A lot of us who have been playing for a long time still have runes of varying qualities from when the Rune combiner was still a 'thing'. The problem is, we will never use these runes for anything ever again, yet they are forced to remain on our collections. There is no way of getting rid of them at all.

I think all of us, would greatly benefit from a buyback system for these out-dated and useless runes. The system itself doesn't need to be anything extraneous or overpowered. I'm not asking that the system give us full or even half the original price of the runes. Simply a fraction of the IP value back. 1/4 of the price would even be acceptable as far as I'm concerned.

My thought here is simple: Those of us, who are long term players, have these annoyingly useless runes taking up space and getting in the way. As a courtesy for our long term devotion to the game, a buyback, would be nice or even deserved.

That all being said, if it is out of the question, it would still be appreciated to have a "Delete" button on the runes page. That way we can at least get rid of the annoyances.
