Can we please nerf ekko's ult

Ekko is not a over powered champ on his own... but his ult makes any game a damn six v five and it is not even fair in the slightest the only counter play is if HE messes up... jsut like double the cd or soemthing gosh i hate ekko ult SO MUCH it bassically makes you waste your own skills and YOU CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT... or if there is counter play someone tell me.... i cant bait his ult without almsot killing him and at that point..... he jsut go back and now im on all my cd and hes at full hp HOW IS THIS FAIR?????

I guess their is chip damage then engage but 8 seconds is a long time to reverse in a game like this... and he can jsut run away from getting chipped down... he is just anti fun...
