So this game I just finished my ADC had 25 kills by the end, at the end he was lvl 16. there were a couple other guys who had like 6 kills and 7 they were lvl 17.. I'm just confused on how this works.. I never thought kills granted a lot of experience but 25 vs 7 kills and he was still slightly lower than the rest of my team.

Generally, the ADc is near allies. This means that all of the xp they recieve is split between everyone who is there. Also, minion kills grant a lot of Xp so if he was just splitting all gsme and farming that is likely why.
