I could have sworn riot was tuning her abilities a bit in pbe. She's still too reliant on her ult to finish people, she still has the worst base damage coming out of the jungle, still has the most telegraphed CC in the game, and still has a 225 range "gap closer"
Evelynn doesn't need anymore buffs, I'd like to avoid permaban status and if anything, I wouldn't be surprised if she gets nerfed at some point, particularly on her passive regen.
Preseason happened. She is insanely strong right now and definitely doesn't need buffs.

Put AD scaling back on her E and make it apply 2/3 on-hits when enhanced at the least please.
Increased movement speed toward her W target would be nice as well.
Put the W arrow indicator earlier in its priming process to add counterplay in that area and open up room/power budget elsewhere.
To give her more early game damage takes away from her late game tho, because when she gets ~500 ap or 300 with pen she pretty much 1 hits everything. Her ult changes did look good tho.
She is a great champ, at most she needs a lower cooldown on ult that's about it.
