1)expect to be blamed A LOT,bronzies and newbie silvers dont like new metas 2)try to take Krugs first for a lvl 2 start lane(ask jungler) 3)make good use of your skills and prove them you re right to use SMITE as support "Why?Because i can!"Katarina

for Bard Gangplank Braum Tristana Support item 3718 2 stack x assist :3 plus easy to finish Dragon/Baron/River crab my common build for dmg/permaslow support (made silver solo queue with Gangplank support, now rito will rework and ruin it,and** i was the one who started the old thread at forums with 5k views about Gangplank support**) item 3092 item 3050 item 3025 item 3022 item 3146 item 3715 or item 3060 instead of mallet

For tanky support like Sion Volibear Alistar DrMundo item 3717 item 3709 slow! plus cinderhulk :3

For tanky support item 3097 item 3083 item 3709 or item 3068 item 3022 item 3074 item 3060

I wouldn't ever get the devourer on any support, yes it gives stacks on assists, but the junglers who get it get assists and large monsters. So I wouldn't get it, especially on Bard. But that's your choice (I'd get cinderhulk on Bard. I always build him tanky) And your voting choices leave much to be desired

I'm always open to new ideas. As long as you are truly trying to win on Jungle Vayne or Top Janna, go ahead; I don't care.

People being snooty prats about their "superior idea," however, get no sympathy from me when they are raged at by other teammates. At this point, you aren't just slightly trolling, you are actively trying to make people annoyed at you.

Bronze players are known for following the meta? That's news to me.

6 boots is OP in bronze.

I don't mind people taking Smite in just about any lane, but especially as support you have to keep in mind that your job is to support, not become an insane carry. That's your ADC's job.

I could get smite as a tanky support Leona/Braum/Thresh/Nautilus mainly to get Cinderhulk+Face of the Mountain which are just great together (minions killed by aura are shared by FotM, and the slow on smite is helpful to catch people better. A nifty thing is that Smite procs the FotM gold sharing, so you can use that for safely proccing it.

I'm thinking of taking the new Runeglaive enchant with AP supports bot lane, since it allows some spammyness as well as good poke, but the extra waveclear could become a problem, and Smite loses some of it's uses without FotM in your build. I honestly don't think it'd work well. On midlaners though...
