is a problematic item and has been nerfed so much it is basically useless. If they buff it back up, every single bruiser will buy it and it will be abused so better just to get rid of it.

Why must you taunt me? 
. And just out of my curiosity, (being a sorta new to lol player), why did everybody hate the feral flare? To me it seemed fine balance wise at 30 stacks to evolve. Was it the on hit damage, the infinite scaling, the farming jg mentality, just old resentment from when it was OP and only took 25 stacks, a combination of the previous, or just something else I'm missing?
