Is Vayne worth learning? If so, is there any advice that you could give me about her in regards to how I should play her and what I should build? Thanks.

I have about 100k on vayne.. I can say that learning her is really rough but she IS the answer to all these bruisers running all over the place like they are gods.

Worth learning: Yes, but it's a lot of masochism involved

Laning: You should not trade very much. Instead you focus on surviving, being 20 cs behind your lanes is okay. You will get dumpstered on most of the times, but hey you don't push wave as hard as the other ADCs. Low elos will not freeze. Free ganks for the jungler. On the downside YOU WILL BE CAMPED because you WILL OUTSCALE a majority of the ADCs in the game in DPS.. probably not burst wise like Lucian/Graves but no bruiser will try to mess with you because the longer it takes to kill vayne. The more %hp chunked in effort to kill vayne

Laning opponents: Take vayne vs Sivir/Ezreal/Lucian/Kogmaw these are pretty easy lanes.

HARD LANES: vs Draven/Corki/Cait/Jhin: seriously just focus on not dying and relying on your support to do the work. Once you get your BoRK you can all-in cait or Corki. Probably not Draven unless you have support presence. Jhin will chunk you but he does not have self-peel so landing CC is basically game over for him, but you will get chunked when he buys the BF sword.

Special vs CC lane: Morg/Varus/Lux/Annie/PantheonJG/etc.. summoner 1 is really good.

Build paths (my favorite): item 3153 item 3006 item 3046 item 3156 item 3053 item 3812 or item 3072

vs Squishies:

item 3087 item 3031 item 3006 item 3072 item 3094 item 3140 w/e

vs 1 tank/bruiser:

item 3153 item 3006 item 3046 item 3031 item 3035 item 3072 item 3139

Other things you should know:

CONDEMNING, this is important. Landing the condemn on the wall is vital to outtrading everyone even if they are a fed Yi or Lucian or Yasuo.

Ult+Tumble: You should not use this to 1v5 a team. Save it for assassinating someone from the backline.. Just pop your ult and keep autoing.. then reposition yourself to a favorable position

Condemn + summoner 4 : if you dont think you will win the duel even though you are a great duelist.. this is your best option for clutch situations where you want to condemn someone into a wall but is not positioned to do so.

Smartcast condemn.

IF THE SUPPORT CCs your support or you see that they are focusing your support that means you ALL-IN their ADC. They might run away because of the DMG so then you unload DPS on their support

Don't pick Vayne, if your team has no waveclear. Even if you are good, you will lose midgame your base.

Honestly, a good Vayne is annoying too deal with. She's also does good dmg later game even if you feed cuz of W. But yeah learn her if you're willing.

vayne is situational. much better learning a more general adc. tristana jinx ezreal. shes strong late game but not as strong as someone like twitch. she loses a lot of match ups. and imo shes not the most fun adc in the game. you can certainly do a lot with her tho.
