Is It Just Me Or Is Draven One Of The Most Balanced ADCs In The Game?

Tl;DR: Draven doesn't rarely receives any attention from the community in terms of crying OP or even from Riot.

Now, don't get me wrong, Draven can literally destroy games if he gets a massive lead. That's not what I'm talking about. What I'm referring to is simply that, of all the ADCs in the game, Draven is literally that one ADC people don't complain about even though he has so much potential for it. When was his last nerf, you ask? Never unless you want to call the change from his wicked blades passive (DoT effect on crit/ spinning axe hit). In fact, the only changes that Draven has received since his release have been minor changes (buffs) to his passive and other changes that all ADCs received. (Though, I may be a little biased on this since I'm a Draven main). There's also the fact that most people who play ranked with Draven have a massive amount of experience on him versus the next ADC (~150 Draven vs. ~120 Vayne), but yet he doesn't have a massive winrate of like 54%. In general, Draven maintains a winrate of around 50%-52% dependent on the meta.

This is the list of ADCs: Ashe, Caitlyn, Corki, Draven, Ezreal, Graves, Jinx, Kalista, Kog'Maw, Lucian, Miss Fortune, Quinn, Sivir, Tristana, Twitch, Urgot(?), Varus, and Vayne.

Out of this list, there are a few problem children that have received strong work in the past due to their potential: Tristana, Quinn, Ezreal(literally used to be a meme that Ezreal gets every new item nerfed), Kalista (Can't forget her)

Out of this list, these are the ones that BIG received reworks: Ashe (Became a problem after rework for a while), Caitlyn (Could use a little buff), Corki(Not really seen as a giant problem but is a very strong pick), Graves(Big problem child right now), Kog'Maw(Needs buffs right now), Miss Fortune(Small problem child right now), Quinn(Little strong), Tristana (Mostly balanced)

The list of champs that have received constant minor changes due to high power over time after release: Kalista, Jinx, Lucian, Quinn, Twitch (You should see his change list), Ezreal (Same as Twitch), Kog'Maw, Vayne. Urgot (Got gutted due to his power at one point)

List of champs I have not stated: Varus, Draven, and Mordekaiser(You're not an ADC in my book) These 2 champs have literally rarely been touched by the Riot balance team, so little so that I'd actually call these two champs to be some of the most balanced ADC champs in the game.
