Client VS. New Content

I cant be the only one who has huge frustrations with the client not working properly so consistently. Can we just have like a month or two weeks even where riot focuses on fixing all the problems instead of pushing new content? I know they said they have two different teams but I'm also confident as hell that they could put WAY more resources into fixing these problems (i mean seriously look at their track record) just for a short amount of time. examples of these issues are "password required", being unable to invite people who are in a lobby, chat issues, and that's not even touching champion issues. Please vote whether you'd rather have them focus on fixing such issues for a time or continue to push new content instead.
